About the LCMS

Faith Lutheran Church is a congregation of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod (LCMS), a family of more than 1.7 million believers in over 6,000 congregations across the United States.

LCMS congregations believe, teach, and confess that the Bible is the inspired and inerrant Word of God, and that salvation comes by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone — the same faith confessed in the Lutheran Confessions.

Walking together as a synod, congregations support missions, seminaries, schools, and mercy work both at home and around the world.
